Wendy Carder holds certifications in health coaching, nutrition, and personal training through the American Council on Exercise and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Wendy specializes in weight management, stress, menopause, sleep, and sustainable lifestyle change and brings the rare gift of personal experience to every session she holds.

Ruth Levesque, RN brings over twenty years of experience as a Registered Nurse to this work, along with certifications as a Reiki Master Teacher, Clinical Herbalist, and Nurse Coach. Having witnessed firsthand the limitations of the traditional medical model, Ruth turned toward holistic medicine with a deep conviction that there are better, safer ways to heal. She is a wonderful listener who holds space for deep connection and authenticity, because that, as Ruth will tell you, is where the magic starts.

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art that has been practiced for over 2,500 years and if you've never experienced it, it may be unlike anything you've tried before.

Performed fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor, Thai Yoga Massage combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and gentle pressure along the body's energy lines to release tension, restore mobility, and return the body to a state of deep ease. There are no oils, no tables, and no passive lying still, this is bodywork that moves with you.

Often described as having yoga done to you, Thai Yoga Massage works the whole body systematically and intuitively, opening joints, lengthening muscles, and clearing the energetic pathways that run throughout. The result is a feeling of lightness, spaciousness, and calm that can be difficult to achieve through other forms of bodywork alone.

It is particularly well suited for those who carry tension in their hips, back, or shoulders, those with limited flexibility or range of motion, and anyone who feels deeply held by stress and is ready to let it go.

Fabienne Aliberti brings her training in Integrative Yoga Therapy to every session, meeting each client with attentiveness, skill, and a deep respect for the body's own wisdom. No yoga experience is required. No flexibility is assumed. You only need to arrive and allow.

This is not a performance. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, no right or wrong way to move. Chakra Dance is a holistic moving meditation, a deeply personal practice that weaves free-flowing movement, chakra wisdom, guided imagery, and carefully chosen music tuned to the frequency of each energy center.

It is equal parts healing and homecoming.

In a private session with Iryna Novos, you will be held in a safe, supported, and completely non-judgmental space as you move through each of the seven chakras, gently releasing what has been blocked, reconnecting with what has been forgotten, and returning to the body you have always lived in but may have stopped fully inhabiting.
