An herbal consult is quite different than what you are typically used to in regards to a wellness check-up. The consult will last about an hour during which I will go over your complete health history. Please bring any medications or supplements you are taking, not just a list, but the bottles theselves. Do not wear make-up or nail polish, and do not brush yoru tongue. I use traditional chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostic techniques and need your face as close tonatural as can be. Suggested herbs and or supplements are not included in the price.

Reiki is a energetic modality of healing. Pronounced Reiki (ray-kee), this ancient practice of healing likely originating in India or Tibet and channels the Universal Life Force that is all around us...channeling it to where the body needs it most. This hands-on practice has been used for thousands of years to harness the life force and bring healing to the body, mind, and spirit. There is no embalance that will not benefit from a Reiki session. From readying the body for surgery, helping to recover after surgery, if you are anxious, depressed, or suffer from any issue at all, you can surely benefit from Reiki. I can ship throughout the US and abroad. Please allow 2-4 days for orders to be shipped as I am a one woman show. All packages are shipped via United States Postal service Priority Mail. Shipping rates vary by weight, but the  standard rate starts at $8.95. 

24 hour cancellation notice is required for full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours prior to the class, registration fee is non-refundable. If dire circumstances arise, this policy may be negotiable. Please call or email for all cancellations.
