About the event
Blending teas is one of my favorite things to do. As a Clinical Herbalist with over a decade of experience with the plants, herbal teas have shown me time and time again that even a gentle approach can be a powerful ally to balance. Using herbs in tea is a wonderful way to tickle your taste buds and get a ton of nutrition too. I have over 200 herbs in my apothecary to choose from so come and play with the plants!
