About the event
The day will include a gentle hike on the land to find and discuss the medicine exploring the forest trails, then the second part of the day you will immerse yourself in co-creating the medicine in Sara's medicinal gardens. Come in comfortable clothes and bring food for lunch and water to drink. This outdoor series goes well with the Kitchen Witchery series offered which is medicine making in her Apothecary in Meredith.
There are several days to choose from and each will include a different way to prepare medicine for use.
June 8th: tincture making with fresh plant material
July 6: Learn all about how to prepare plant infused oils.
September 21st: Dig Roots and make Sacred Fire Cider.
