Get Cultured!

Join us at 48 Main Cafe & Crepery for this unique pop-up event hosted by 48 Main and presented by Sara Woods Kender, Clinical Herbalist and Educator at Sacred Tree Herbals.  Sara has been fermenting her own vegetables for many years and has offered to show us her tips and tricks to making cultured veggies at home.  She will discuss the health benefits, some of her favorite combinations, a bit of history, and of course some tasting will ensue.  Also served will be tea from Sara's shop, and other light snacks.
